You'll enjoy some hours walking through typical woods, picking truffles along with a special guide, also an expert, but mostly a friend who will teach how to find truffles with dog.
Schedule
- 11.00 a.m. Meeting at San Miniato with your truffle hunter.
- 11.20 a.m. Walk through the woods with an expert truffle hunter and his dog finding truffles.
- 12:40 a.m. Lunch with truffle based menu.

In case you prefer not to drive we can book you a car/minivan or bus with personal chauffeur, cost is € 250 up to 3 people and € 300 up to 8 people. Please specify it in the booking form.
To get to San Miniato the best transport is train. It starts every 30 min from Florence and stops at San Miniato train station, the ride is about 40 min, cost for a round trip is approximately € 11 per person. Please check the time table here
After the walk we go back to the house for a delicious lunch based on fresh truffles which typical includes:
Truffle appetizers + Pasta topped with shaved truffles + Dessert including, mineral water and wine.

This program operates at San Miniato Tuscany that is only 45 min. drive from Florence.
To get there you should rent your own car, otherwise trains start from Florence railway station every 30 min, only in this case I could arrange a pick-up at the San Miniato railway station.
Taxi ride from San Miniato train station to the place is € 25 up to 4 passengers to pay cash to the taxi driver.
