A Personal Passion for Truffles
I was born in Florence in 1962. I started my career as a publisher in the food & wine field in the '90s, and I gained extensive wine knowledge.
In early 2000 I met Giulio and Francesca. These two professional truffle hunters operated in the Tuscany region, and with them, I decided to open Truffle Hunter to promote the culture of truffles worldwide.
Now I have my own Lagotto Romagnolo too, and I help my friends to hunt truffles in the season of white.
