Tour Cancellation Policy
As a fully licensed and insured travel agency, Italy and Tour Snc guarantees all reserved experiences. In order to provide fair compensation to our local guides, farmers, drivers, and estate kitchen staff who prepare your fresh meals, we maintain the following cancellation structure:
- More than 14 days before departure: No charge.
- 48 hours – 14 days before departure: 50% of tour price.
- Less than 48 hours before departure: 80% of tour price.
- No-show before departure: 100% of tour price.
Travel Peace of Mind
We understand that international flights, connections, and personal issues can occasionally disrupt travel. We highly recommend purchasing standard travel insurance covering trip cancellations so that you are fully protected in case of unforeseen circumstances.
For changes to booking dates (rescheduling requests), please contact us at least 14 days in advance and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you subject to guide availability.
