A private truffle hunt with Francesca, San Miniato's own truffle hunter, and her Lagotto Romagnolo dogs, followed by a luxury 3-course truffle lunch at her family farmhouse.
You'll spend a few hours walking through the woods picking truffles alongside a special guide — and her trained Lagotto Romagnolo dog — who will teach you how to find truffles. Afterward, you'll enjoy a special truffle lunch to savor this remarkable natural product.
Transportation is not included in the experience price.

Private chauffeur service:
We can arrange a private car or minivan from Florence. The cost is €250 for up to 3 guests or €300 for up to 8 guests. Please request this service when booking.
Train and taxi:
Take the train from Florence Santa Maria Novella at 8:50 AM. It arrives at San Miniato-Fucecchio at 9:34 AM.
The train costs approximately €11 per person for a round trip. From the station, take a taxi to the farmhouse; this costs approximately €25 in cash.
Stroll through the private woods of Collebrunacchi picking truffles alongside Francesca and her trained Lagotto Romagnolo, and see the pair work together in the forest.
Head back to the 17th-century family farmhouse for a decadent multi-course lunch: bruschetta with fresh truffles or Tuscan bean soup, Tagliolini al Tartufo, gourmet meat or eggs with truffles, and dessert with Vin Santo, plus a bottle of IGT Rosso di Toscana Centrale.
