A 7-hour private truffle hunt with a professional hunter and dog, followed by a Chianti Classico winery visit, wine and olive oil tasting, and a Tuscan 3-course lunch.
You'll spend some hours walking through typical Tuscan woods, picking truffles alongside a special guide who will teach you how to find truffles with a trained dog.
After this wonderful experience you'll visit a renowned organic Chianti Classico winery for a guided tasting of Chianti, Chianti Classico, Riserva and Super Tuscan wines, paired with a session on local extra-virgin olive oil, before sitting down to a traditional Tuscan three-course lunch built around your freshly hunted truffles.
Your private chauffeur picks you up from your hotel/apartment in Florence at 10:00 AM and drives you west toward the truffle grounds.
Meet the professional hunter and dog in the woods. Rubber boots provided; the forest walk is easy but requires regular mobility.
Enjoy a tasting of truffle oil, paste and truffle-based products at a local truffle shop, then a guided cellar tour and wine tasting (Chianti, Chianti Classico, Riserva, Super Tuscan) paired with local extra-virgin olive oil at an organic winery.
Sit down to a traditional Tuscan three-course lunch built around your freshly hunted truffles, then return by chauffeur to your Florence accommodation by 5:00 PM.
